Almost without fail, the first thing a potential new client asks you is "What is your web address?". They don't ask as idle conversation. They want to know what you can do for them. With the right Website they should get all the answers they need.
They will be asking themselves "Can we trust this company?", "What is it exactly that they do?", "Can they give me better service or value than I'm getting at the moment?" and any amount of other relevant questions.
Our job is to (a) judge if your current website delivers, in which case we'll say so (maybe suggesting one or two important changes or additions, but we certainly don't believe in re-inventing the wheel) or (b) set you up with a site that will deliver "the goods".
What are "the goods"? Put simply, the Website should be an encouragement to re-contact you, rather than a barrier that warns people off. Then it's up to you to make the sale to what should be a positively interested prospect.
